On Sep 5, Chairman Liu Yan called on Mr. Mu Xinhai, party secretary of Mei Shan during her visit.

Liu introduced a general overview of SDIC and COMPLANT. She hoped to build a bridge of cooperation trough this visit to Meishan, a city with long history and unique geographic superiority.
